"P" is for Poland

The final stop on the longest summer trip ever was Poland, to check out where Goran spends all his work time. We stayed in a really nice hotel just on the beach in Sopot, which of course enabled us to take Alexander for a walk on the beach after dinner one night.

In fact we went to dinner at pretty reasonable places most nights, and Alexander has been doing a really good job of sitting in high chairs and entertaining himself with tidbits from our plates. Of course, he doesn't last for the entire meal, and we invariably have to take him out and entertain him a bit.

It was a regular work week for Goran, so Alexander and I entertained ourselves during the days with a mixture of walks, naps and a bit of help from the "Kid's Club" in the hotel. After a month of the same toys day after day, a variety of new ones was really appreciated.

I will point out, just so you know, that Alexander does own more than just this shirt. However, I packed planning to be away for 2 weeks and we were gone more than a month. He grew out of some stuff, and we were left with basically three different outfits in rotation. I wonder if I actually dressed him in this one so often, or if it is just a coincidence that I took photos on the days he wore it.
