"F" is for feet

Thingie has discovered his feet. He can't get them in his mouth, but ohhhh boy is he ever trying. It is very cute. He's also been talking a blue streak the past few days. Wakes up talking, chatters away in the stroller, and mumbles through his increasingly energetic efforts to ingest my collar bone. He's quite pleased with himself.

I apologize for the lack of photos and, well, interesting things to say this week, but I've been sick since we got home from London and have felt like crap. All available time (and there hasn't been much, because Alexander has had a cold too, and that makes him clingy) has been spent sleeping or hanging out with friends who can help me occupy him and keep my patience.

We're mostly better now, so no biggie, but it's been a gross few days. He gave me another raging fever style encounter with mastitis after drinking like crazy in warm London and building up my supply, only to ignore it when we returned home. All that milk just sitting in there...it seems that I'm just one or two missed feedings away from mastitis at any given time. Not fun to wake up shaking and miserable and lacking the energy to drag your ass to the bathroom for a thermometer and paracetamol.

ANYhow, we're just down to snotty noses at this point, so aside from himself waking up with a snot facial after every nap, and me not being able to taste my food, we're all good, and will check in again, with photos, once things have settled back down next week.
