Just a short one, as he's asleep in the sling, post dog walk, and I don't expect his sleep to last. He used to sit on my lap while I was at the computer but he's learned that the computer is an evil thing which eats up my time and distracts me from staring endlessly into his eyes (yeah right, I'm just not that kind of mom!), so he starts to fuss as soon as I sit down at the thing.
Anyway, we weighed him this past weekend and I measured him yesterday. According to those calculations, Alexander is really shooting up. Trust the weight more than the height, since Goran did that and he's just ever so slightly better with numbers than I am. (Snort. Just a bit, eh, says the English major to the Engineer.)
Anyway, exhibit A, is one of our earlier efforts at a kiddie photo shoot. Alexander was about 4 days old in these pictures, weighed around 3kilos and was 51cm "tall":
The same baby and the same chair, just shy of three months later, at 6.3ish kilos and 62cm:
Look at those legs! I'm such a dork, celebrating my kid's fat rolls on the Internet for all to see. Ah well.
